Subject to these Terms, Logbook Memories grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Where2Fly2 for your own purposes.
Free Trial and In-App Purchase
Where2Fly2 is free to download with a time-limited free trial. A one-time in-app purchase unlocks full functionality. Purchases are processed by Apple; refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.
Restoring Purchases
If you switch devices, you may restore your prior purchase using the “Restore” option within the app.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it to infringe others’ rights or applicable laws.
Not for Primary Flight Planning
Where2Fly2 is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for official flight planning resources, NOTAMs, or certified navigation data. Always verify information with official sources.
Where2Fly2 is not intended or approved for primary navigation, flight instruction, or training use. Data may be incomplete, outdated, or contain errors. Always verify with official sources including FAA publications, charts, NOTAMs, and TFRs. Contains data derived from FAA NASR; such data is provided “as is” without warranties and is not guaranteed for navigation.
Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Logbook Memories will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
